Due to COVID-19 the majority of our clinics are now closed. We have temporarily moved to telephone appointments. Please do not come to clinic unless told to do so. Please see our notice board on the home page for ways to access services. There is a dedicated helpline for people who need support or help for those suffering from domestic abuse. You can call the National Domestic Helpline on 0807 2000 247. You can also access further information for support at various local authorities website Manchester City Council, Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council, Trafford Council, Stockport Council If you need emergency help relating to domestic abuse but cannot speak, call 999 and press 55 when prompted. We open appointment slots daily Monday to Friday at or around 8.30am for the same day only

If there are no dates highlighted green, this means all the appointment slots at your chosen clinic(s) have been booked.


In this case you will need to try again at another time.


The allocated time slot is for a telephone appointment on the day. 
We will try to call you around the time you have booked this may not always be possible.We will call you at some point throughout the day to discuss your needs and try to address them using our temporary alternative arrangements  In order to decrease the risk of exposure to COVID-19 to yourself and others, please do not come to clinic.


If you are attending for HIV post exposure prophylaxis (PEP), you need to be seen within 72 hours, earlier if possible. Please call us on 0161 701 1513 between 8:30 and 15:30 Monday-Friday, and between 09:15 and 11:15 on Saturday to discuss your needs, or go to A-E if outside clinic hours.

If you are attending for emergency contraception, please call us on 0161 701 1513 between 8:30 and 15:30 Monday-Friday, and between 09:15 and 11:15 on Saturday to discuss your needs. You can also get emergency contraception from your GP or from your local pharmacy.


If you are taking part in the IMPACT trial and you are attending simply for a repeat prescription please use the PrEP prescriptions clinic found here.
