We are experiencing a high demand on the service and we are sorry for your inconvenience. This is owing to staff shortages and a reduction in appointments available. The Receptionists will do their best to help you and get you seen as soon as possible. To help you (if you do not have any symptoms) you can also get a home testing kit from our website. I need an interpreter

If English is not your first language, or if you have sight or hearing impairment, interpreters can be arranged to accompany you at your appointment. Interpreters are trained in clinical communication and they are bound by the same patient confidentiality rules as all other healthcare workers. If you need someone to interpret for you, please let the person who makes your appointment know when you phone us or when you walk in.
